DAY 1

Transfer from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park

On arrival, we will immediately transfer to Volcanoes National Park headquarters for briefing about Gorilla trekking experience, registration, gorilla group allocation and later enter the jungle forest to start the search for the mountain gorillas in 2-4 hours you will be right with the gorillas, you will be allowed one full hour with the gorillas taking photos and videos, thereafter head back to the briefing point and transfer to Lake Kivu, arriving in the evening, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 1 accommodation

DAY 2

Lake Kivu boat safari and Rubavu city tour

Have breakfast, and take a boat ride on Lake Kivu visiting the fishing villages, return to have lunch and after lunch enjoy the Rubavu city tour around the Lake Kivu.

Day 2 accommodation

DAY 3

Transfer back to Kigali
