Entebbe International Airport is the main international airport serving Uganda. The airport is an important gateway to Uganda and the surrounding region. Entebbe International Airport is located in Entebbe, a town on the northern shores of Lake Victoria, about 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the capital city, Kampala.

Transfers on arrival

There is a variety of cab operators in uniform right after exiting the airport, if you did not book with a tour company or Guide ahead of time, you have a chance to grab a Cab and drive to your accommodation, these cabs are regulated by the airport authority and wear tags, always remember to record the tag name and number before set off, if you can also record the cabs licence plate, you may need these at a later time in future.
